LRC is thrilled to welcome BC-based writer and communications professional Kristen Gross to our team as Director of Sales and Senior Associate Writer.

Kristen is based in Vancouver, BC.  She is a skilled communicator, writer and sales & marketing professional with experience in Toronto and San Diego. Kristen will lead LRC’s Western Canada practice.

“It is a good feeling to be heading into 2021 knowing I’ll be working with a fantastic team at LRC, clients whose missions I respect and admire, and drawing on all of the skills I’ve acquired in my career so far,” said Kristen Gross. ”I look forward to growing LRC, and sharing its services—from speech writing to media training, and public relations— with new clients on the west coast and beyond.”

Following a career in the Office of the Premier of Ontario, Kristen started a freelance business, True North Communications, in San Diego. She has deep connections to clients in utilities, academia, and the outdoor industry, and has a wide range of experience creating materials from speeches, to press releases, social media, and editorial content.

“We’re excited about Kristen joining our team,” said LRC President Lloyd Rang. “She brings a lot to the table—her experience in Western Canada, her proven success in sales, and skills as a writer. But mostly, we know that she shares our mission — our passion for helping good people do good work, and be heard.”

When she’s not at her laptop, Kristen enjoys BC’s outdoor lifestyle, and can often be found on local trails riding her mountain bike or exploring Vancouver’s beautiful parks with her family.
