The Best and Worst of a Truly Terrible Year

While it was a truly terrible year, there were some bright spots, from a communications standpoint, anyway. And there were also some moments where — even when you thought the year had reached rock-bottom — it managed to surprise us all by punching through the bedrock and going even lower.
From Speechwriter to Zoomwriter
A lot of my friends from politics still think of me as “the speechwriter.” It must be how William Shatner feels — no one talks to him about TJ Hooker, or Boston Legal or Rescue 911 or his albums or books — everyone thinks of him as Captain Kirk.
