As a junior speechwriter, our CEO once wrote a speech for an Ontario Premier that placed the Danube River in Prague — a 668km geographical error. The Premier bought Lloyd an atlas.

That mistake taught @lloydrang more than any successful speech ever did.

AI can draft a news release before your coffee cools, but it can't teach a junior communicator judgment, empathy, or how to read a room.

More than half of HR leaders worry that cutting junior roles now could leave them short of qualified senior leaders within five years, according to @d2l’s 2026 survey of HR leaders.

If we don't rebuild the entry-level onramp on purpose, we risk facing a massive leadership gap.
