Jeff Keay has worked in journalism and corporate communications for several decades. One of the country’s leading media relations, communications and issues management professionals, he has served as a senior strategy advisor, speechwriter and national media spokesperson for some of Canada’s best-known institutions and brands – including two universities (Windsor, York), Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu LLC, Royal Bank Financial Group, TD Bank Financial Group, the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario.

Most recently, Jeff served at CBC/Radio-Canada, where he was head of CBC media relations/public affairs, senior director for CBC Regional Services and Chief of Staff to the Executive Vice-President for CBC.

He has worked with private and public organizations across a wide range of sectors, including education, transportation, engineering and broadcasting/ telecommunications. His skill set includes investor, government and public relations, regulatory affairs, public engagement, environmental policy and planning and professional consultancy.

Jeff began his career in journalism as a newspaper reporter, editor and photographer in southwestern Ontario and was later a writer, reporter and producer for national news, current affairs and business programs at the Global Television Network, based in Toronto. He holds an honours Bachelor of Journalism degree from Carleton University in Ottawa.
